02 23 32 Well here s what I m doing I m building a 2x72 Belt grinder Reason is I m a beginner knife maker So building it myself is cheaper I m planning on using a 15 hp 3 phase 11 15 32 I have a problem with a 4x36 belt grinder I was using it and smoke started comeing out so i turned it off to clear away the metal dust which I though was makeing the smoke and when i turned it back on again it runs for about 5 seconds and then stops after then any time i try to turn it on it just hums and the lights in the shop go dimmer
